About Our Story
OUR CORE VALUE

At Empower Unlimited Potential, we are dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives. Founded on the belief that every person has unique strengths and potential, we offer tailored programs designed to foster growth, confidence, and community inclusion. With a compassionate, person-centered approach, we partner with participants and their families to achieve real, lasting progress.

Our goal is simple: to empower every participant to grow, thrive, and move toward greater independence.

Programs

At Empower Unlimited Potential, we believe in providing a range of personalized support options to meet each individual’s needs and goals. We offer three core services designed to empower adults at every stage: our Behavioral Day Program, Independent Living Services, and Supported Living Services. Below is a brief description of each one.

Behavioral Day Program

Our Behavioral Day Program supports adults with developmental disabilities who face behavioral challenges. We focus on teaching functional skills, reducing challenging behaviors, promoting social integration, and preparing participants for future employment. Using evidence-based practices like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we help each participant achieve greater independence and engagement in meaningful activities.

This program offers participants employment opportunities and volunteer opportunities in our local churches, food banks, public libraries, community parks, etc. Our prevocational program is designed for individuals who have not been previously employed and who have the desire to work. We also focus on individuals who have been employed but have difficulty keeping a job due to a variety of vocational issues such as arriving to work on time, inappropriate behaviors, following direction, appropriate attire, personal hygiene and communication.

Independent Living Services (ILS)

Our Independent Living Services program supports adults with developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible. We offer personalized guidance with daily tasks like cooking, budgeting, and appointments, empowering individuals to build confidence and life skills.

Supported Living Services (SLS)

Our Supported Living Services program provides one-on-one support in a home setting. We assist with personal care, household management, and daily routines, ensuring a safe and supportive environment while building life skills at each person’s own pace.

All three programs are dedicated to fostering independence, dignity, and full participation in the community.
